The Physics is boring. Similarly, the Ultrasound Physics… However, to become a Sonographer, you need to know it and understand it. Yeah, and do not forget about this notorious SPI (Sonography Principles & Instrumentation) ARDMS board exam. You MUST pass it successfully in order to become a registered Sonographer, as well as Vascular Technologist. That is why I’m going to try to make this scary subject more manageable, easier to understand, and easier to learn.
