Chapters 19 to 21 encompass red blood cell disorders, other benign hematologic disorders and infectious/inflammatory disorders that could mimic hematopoietic neoplasms. These chapters are formatted on specific hematopoietic neoplasms to comprise epidemiology, etiology, pathogenesis, morphology, immunophenotyping, molecular genetics, prognosis and brief treatment guidelines.
